Filco Corporations industrial ovens are designed and engineered to meet your most demanding needs.  Whether you require a small batch oven up to the largest finishing system, Filco will be able to help you.

All our ovens are constructed using a preformed steel frame (11 gauge), and incorporating 20ga. 4″ thick ovens panels with 4lb high density rock wool insulation for the walls and the roof.

Our batch ovens include structural steel door frames and burner box supports.  Our continuous process ovens include additional structural support for overhead conveyor systems.

We are committed to continuous research and development of current and new product lines. It is through this commitment to R&D that we are able to offer a duct work system that eliminates direct air impingement on your parts which is especially beneficial for powder coating. This is achieved by balancing a large volume of heated air throughout the oven chamber without disturbing the powder deposit on the parts. The air is then drawn through the product and returned to the burner. This process also works well for all coatings and substrates.

All Filco industrial ovens can be shipped completely assembled (based on maximum for shipping), or shipped as a knock down kit for easy assembly on site. Filco also offers installation and start-up options. Ask for details when requesting a quote.
