Powder Coating Booths
FILCO “PCU” powder collectors are shipped complete with filters and motor mounted. The unit’s state of the art design allows it to take up minimal space but provides you with maximum efficiency. The collector is available in 2000, 4000, 5000, 6000 and 8000 C.F.M. configurations and can be custom built to fit an existing or modified booth.

“PCU” cartridge units are available for roll on/off operation with the motor, final filtration & control panel in a separate compartment.
- Filters have 99.8% efficiency for 0.5 micron particles. For easy installation and removal, the filters are installed in two vertical rows. The square face plate on the top of the filter slides into slots privided on the unit. Once a row of filters is installed the quick clamp system locks them into place.
- The steel formed and welded cabinet comes complete with an angle iron frame to allow bolting of the unit to the booth enclosure. Alternatively it can be quick clamped. The complete unit assembly is painted with a high quality off-white machinery enamel.
- Cartridges are cleaned by an automatic reverse pulse compressed air system. The system is automatically in function when the fan is turned on. After each pulse, particles blown off the filter fall into the recuperation tray at the bottom of the unit.
- The control panel is a NEMA 12 gasket enclosure with main disconnect, transformer, motor starter, sequential controller, magnehelic guage, operator controls and indictaing lights.
- Fans are certified DPL plenum fans licensed to bear the A.M.C.A. seal.
We also carry a line of replacement filters, intake & exhaust for the “PCU” cartridge unit.
FILCO also offers enclosure panels for your paint booth. Panels are comprised of either:
- 18 gauge galvanized steel
- 20 gauge stainless steel
Panels can be either a standard size:
- 84″ high x 20″ wide
- 96″ high x 20″ wide
